Ed Ferreira has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As Senior Vice President of CBRE Limited's Industrial Properties Group in Vancouver, Ed specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial properties in Metro Vancouver with specialization in the Central and East Vancouver area. Ed has also been active in neighboring cities such as the North Shore, Burnaby and Richmond as a result of relocating and expansion assignments and has earned the trust and respect of his many clients.

  • the sublease of 5 East 8th Avenue, a 31,000 sq. ft. office building to an international mobile game app developer;
  • the sale of 467 Alexander Street, an 8,500 sq. ft. building to a philanthropist;
  • the lease of 2748-2788 Rupert Street, a 60,000 sq. ft. industrial facility near Rupert Street and Grandview Highway; 
  • the lease of 127 East Broadway, a 8,300 sq. ft. retail premise at Main Street and Broadway;
