Ed Seagram joined CBRE in February 2000 as a Broker specializing in representing office tenants to lease or purchase office space in Toronto’s Downtown Core and periphery regions. Ed represents tenants in the purchase of their own buildings, or renegotiating their leases, subletting office space or locating new space. Ed manages real estate portfolios for several large companies including Black & McDonald, Globalive/Wind Mobile, and Richardsons GMP.
