Ed Vericker is a Senior
Facility Manager responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of
facilities for the Nissan Technical Center in Arizona and oversees facility operations
for Nissan’s California and Washington locations. He works closely with the
Facilities Leadership Team, as well as the multiple CBRE regional team members,
to bring world-class facility service to the Nissan account.
As Senior Facility Manager, Mr.
Vericker leads a multi-talented team, overseeing multiple sites in Arizona,
Washington and California. With a staff of 14, the team performs repairs and
maintenance for a very diverse portfolio that includes engineering, parts
distribution and test track facilities. The team also oversees and manages
multiple capital and tenant improvement projects.
With over 20 years of
Facility Management experience, Mr. Vericker has had multiple responsibilities
that included project management, building repairs and maintenance, tenant
improvements, vendor and outsource management, business continuity and
emergency planning and budget management. Prior to joining CBRE, he was the
Southwest Director of Real Estate with Coventry Health Care. In his role at
Coventry, Mr. Vericker was responsible for facility operations, security,
administrative services and office services for over 600,000 square feet
throughout Arizona, Texas, California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon.
Mr. Vericker attended St.
Francis College in New York and has an AA degree from American River College in
California. He also attended NYCC and Sacramento City College where he received
certificates in HVAC Mechanics and Controls.
