Elli Klapper joined CBRE as an investment sales broker in 2006. At CBRE, Elli has been instrumental in representing sellers and purchasers in all facets of the sales process and has closed over $1 billion in transactions to date. His experience includes multifamily, industrial, development and net lease property sales as well as 1031 exchanges. Elli’s market knowledge and his ability to navigate through complicated transactions has made him an irreplaceable asset to his clients. Elli has exhibited an ability to source unique off-market product which specifically meet his clients’ needs and has closed over 200 deals while at CBRE.
Prior to joining CBRE, Elli took an active role in property management in a portfolio consisting of multifamily and retail properties. He has been involved in real estate his entire life, getting a first-hand look at the industry through his family’s investment and property management business.
Elli develops and maintains relationships by making his clients’ needs his first priority. His extensive training has enabled him to develop strategies and ideas that reflect this dedication to relationship-building. Elli spends his spare time with his wife and five daughters as well as working with non-profit organizations which cater to children with cancer and troubled teens.
