    Eric Apfel joined CBRE in 2016 as a member of the 14-person New York Institutional Group, which focuses on generating investment sales business in the Metropolitan New York region, primarily in the eastern United States.

    Mr. Apfel’s responsibilities include supporting senior investment sales brokers in the marketing, underwriting and valuation of all asset classes, facilitating all aspects of the disposition process, production of marketing materials and due diligence coordination. Mr. Apfel has completed over $2.35 billion in assignments since joining the team.
