As Sales Assistant and a member of CBRE Capital Markets’ Central Midwest Multifamily team in Indianapolis, Eric Nelson is responsible for supporting the team’s efforts in the transactions of properties, financial analyses and creating new opportunities in the Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan markets. Eric has valuable experience in sales, research and client services and looks forward to helping the team with business development. Eric Nelson joined CBRE in August 2014 as a researcher where he was responsible for collecting and maintaining data, statistics and transactions within the CBRE proprietary database.
Prior to joining CBRE, Eric worked as an Inside Sales Executive for Quantum Services in Columbus, OH. He provided lead generation, prospecting and market insight through conversations with potential clients. He helped enhance new business benchmarks and increased new revenue for Quantum Services.
