Evan Abraham is an Analyst at CBRE Capital Advisors, Inc., the real estate investment banking unit of CBRE. Prior to joining the CBRE Capital Advisors team, Mr. Abraham was an Associate in the highly selective CBRE Wheel Program — a 12-month rotational program designed to give young professionals a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate. During this time, Mr. Abraham rotated though prominent New York real estate teams highlighted by working in office leasing brokerage with Paul Amrich, and spending time in the CBRE Investment Properties group working with Darcy Stacom and Bill Shanahan.
Prior to joining CBRE full-time, Mr. Abraham spent the previous summer as an analyst for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors in Los Angeles. He assisted the distressed debt and municipal opportunities fund in day-to-day operations, including asset and bond analysis, prospective investment research, and various Excel data projects.
Mr. Abraham attended Trinity College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, while also completing several advanced psychology courses. He is a NCAA varsity athlete, playing four years on the baseball team at Trinity College. In addition, Evan was a member of Psi Upsilon Fraternity.
