Professional Experience
Frank M. Rivas specializes in delivering fully integrated multi-market services to national and global corporate clients. He has a keen understanding of corporate real estate initiatives revolving around technology, systems and processes which deliver meaningful information facilitating the decision-making process. He has extensive experience in corporate real estate operations, team assemblage, cost reduction plans, project capital management, P&L management, assessing and implementing go forward strategies, while keeping quality assurance as a priority and all aspects of the real estate and workplace life cycle.
Mr. Rivas has been an active commercial real estate advisor since 1994. His tenure spans from Grubb & Ellis to Vice President at USI Real Estate Advisors in 1998. In 2005, as part of the merger between USI and Johnson Controls, the organization rebranded its name to Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) and Mr. Rivas was promoted to Senior Vice President. In 2014 Mr. Rivas then decided to form his own corporate advisory practice as a Principal of Archway Realty Advisors continuing his focus on global portfolio management. In 2019, he joined CBRE to grow the Account Management practice through his global business development and client solutions efforts.
Mr. Rivas has completed numerous transactions spanning over 25+ countries with total transaction values in excess of $3.25 Billion.
He and his wife Theresa reside in North Tustin, CA with their three boys, Gavin, Hayden and Cameron.
