With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Gary has multi-functional expertise in supply chain advisory, commercial real estate market making, real estate portfolio optimization, corporate capital markets, joint venture structuring and financial engineering. He has executed on over $3.2 billion of commercial real estate transactions including the structuring of sale-leaseback transactions around the country.
Gary’s clients are manufacturers, producers, distributors and wholesalers in the industrial sector nationwide – many of which have completed or are completing a M&A and/or capital raise for a company expansion and have multi-market requirements. They understand that supply chain and real estate decisions are interwoven. Strategically balancing the two can deliver the optimal network to support a company’s growth objectives and provide measurable effects on its business, including ROI and margin enhancement.
