Mr. Sklenarik has over eight years of professional experience in environmental, construction and civil/structural engineering. His broad and solid experience has been gained by completing and managing numerous projects in the United States. Mr. Sklenarik has a keen ability to understand all aspects of engineering involved in real estate due diligence studies.
Mr. Sklenarik has personally completed over 350 Property Condition Reports throughout the United States and has reviewed over 1,500 Property Condition Reports for quality control and quality assurance. Mr. Sklenarik has completed and reviewed Property Condition Reports on all types of real estate property including office buildings, multi-family properties, hotels and motels, warehouse and industrial buildings, parking garages, retail strip centers and stand-alone stores, enclosed shopping malls, nursing homes, mobile home parks, and self-storage facilities working with Property Condition Assessment scopes including ASTM for acquisition purposes, underwriting purposes, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD – Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) along with client specific requirements in order to facilitate Real Estate Transactions. Additionally, Mr. Sklenarik has also conducted specialized reviews of structural and site civil components. Mr. Sklenarik is experienced in identifying immediate repairs and calculating replacement reserves for a variety of loans and specialty lending programs.
In addition to his experience with Property Condition Reports, Mr. Sklenarik has monitored construction projects with budgets in excess of $50MM.
