Glenn Kaminskis is a Director of Project Management with CBRE. Mr. Kaminskis is responsible for managing and directing all project management services. He has over 15 years of Project Management experience working directly with clients, consultants, contractors and city officials in producing a high level of service from pre-construction to occupancy.
Mr. Kaminskis has been responsible for project development and implementation of over 1.5-million square feet of projects including multi-phased relocations, office renovations in occupied space, fast-track tenant improvements, and ground-up building construction.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kaminskis was a Senior Project Director with Cushman and Wakefield. Some of his professional experience includes management of Ernst & Young’s U.S. roll-out of “Workplace of the Future” tenant improvement construction in numerous locations including Los Angeles, San Jose, Palo Alto, Sacramento, Denver, Phoenix, and Seattle. He managed the construction of Toyota’s ground-up multi-purpose building and existing office expansion in San Ramon, CA. Mr. Kaminskis provided Program, Project, and Relocation management for Aetna at 14 facilities in 7 Western states. Other projects include a movie theater for Miramax Films, a CD-Rom development facility for Disney Interactive, and testing labs for Underwriters Laboratories. Mr. Kaminskis has been responsible for project budgets ranging up to $18 million.
Prior project experience includes 6 years as a project manager with Harding Lawson Associates, an environmental engineering firm. He was responsible for all aspects of project management including contractor bid development and selection, contract negotiations, schedule and budget development, resource management, and oversight of complex engineering and environmental prjects. His corporate clients included real estate developers, law firms, and financial institutions.
