Hannah Yarborough currently serves as a consultant on the Workplace Strategy team in CBRE’s Atlanta office. In this role she leads client research and analytics, combining insights about employees and business processes, as well as supports the development of workplace strategy scenarios.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Yarborough served as a Sales Analyst in the Atlanta office. In this role Ms. Yarborough partnered with the Sales Director to support the sales management operating model by providing analysis support, managing data and data sources, and preparing periodic reports on key company metrics. Ms. Yarborough was also responsible for tracking reports, pursuit strategies, as well as scheduled and ad-hoc reporting. Ms. Yarborough was the local Salesforce point of contact and assisted brokers, support staff and management in the utilization of the tool, as well as lead the market implementation and adoption in CBRE’s Atlanta office.
Ms. Yarborough began her career at CBRE as an intern in the Charleston, South Carolina office. There she researched, collected, reviewed and verified market information supporting assumptions used in financial projections, including rent rates, vacancy rates and other local market data.
