With more than 10 years of construction management experience, primarily in the world of general contracting, Heather accesses a substantial network within Denver’s construction community. She excels at ensuring that the project schedule carries out the team’s overall plan. She safeguards against foreseeable obstacles and seeks methods to systematically improve the value of the project.
Heather identifies value engineering strategies to help owners save time and money. She brings a strong understanding of change order management, scheduling and construction management to the project team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Heather worked with two of ENR’s top rated General Contractors. As a Project Manager for the Weitz Company, she specialized in Tenant Improvement projects; completing assignments in the range from complex high-quality tenant improvements to “quick hitters” that required a nimble and flexible approach. Prior to her ascension to Project Manager, Heather performed the boots-on-the-ground effort, ensuring the construction process went smoothly, both in the field and in the client’s eyes.
