Associated Office
She represents a diverse group of industrial users including manufacturers, e-commerce tenants, medical/pharmaceutical distributors and third-party logistics companies. During lease negotiations or the building acquisition process, she provides clients with an in-depth financial analysis and a market incentive breakdown to better assist them in the decision-making process.
Jacque joined CBRE in 2011 for the Industrial Brokerage Services team, including Tenant Representation and Asset Services, supporting and contributing to the team’s business development pursuits. Having previously worked in residential real estate for 15 years, Jacque understands the real estate industry from a broad perspective and can identify with, and articulate, the needs of tenants, colleagues and the Memphis Brokerage community. She is also a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and a member of the CBRE Women’s Network.
