Jason joined CBRE through the Trammell Crow Company merger in October 2006. Jason’s initial position was Senior Facility Manager on the Siemens account. In less than five months, he was promoted to Director of Facilities and was responsible for FM Services throughout the United States. After a successful three and a half years on the Siemens account, he accepted a Director of FM position on the Cisco Account overseeing properties throughout the United States and Canada. In October of 2012 he was then promoted and assumes his current position today as Senior Director of FM overseeing locations in the Americas Theater, which included locations in the US, Canada and Latin America, which consist of Data Centers, lab and office space totaling 14M square feet.
As the Americas Senior Director of FM at Cisco, Jason supported the recent renewal of a 5 year FM Agreement renewal; initially transitioned the LATAM Theater into the USC portfolio; supports the FM Services in our India Theater; aligned his FM team- FM, Engineering, MAC and Employee Services as One Team; exceeded accounts five year cost savings target in year two from a $120M operating budget; drove theater and global implementation of universal FM Platform processes and Best Practices. He also directed the Accounts Global Energy and Sustainability program; chaired the Accounts Global Employee Reward and Recognition program.
Prior to joining Cisco, Jason was the Facilities Management Director on the CBRE Siemens account. Jason was directly responsible for managing FM Services for over 14M square feet of critical, manufacturing, lab and office facilities. Integrated six Siemens Operating Companies into one FM program and successfully transitioned twenty five million square feet within the first two years of the program. Managed an operating budget of over $40M and responsible for over $12M in cost savings.
