Jason Souki joined the CBRE team in 2005 as an accountant and was promoted to Financial Analyst working with National Corporate Accounting focused on Fiscal Administration in 2008, including preparation of annual operating budgets, reconciliations, lease administration and Tenant gross sales analysis.
In 2009, Jason was promoted to Real Estate Manager for two retail properties, Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center and Aina Haina Shopping Center.
From 2009 through 2011, Aina Haina Shopping Center underwent a massive renovation and asset repositioning, whereby Jason served as ownership’s representative during all design and construction meetings with regard to operations and tenant relations to ensure Tenants build-outs were constructed pursuant to their approved plans. The renovations created excitement within the community and proved to be a solid investment for the Owner.
In 2012, Jason was also involved in the ground up development and opening of the Laulani Village Shopping Center, Ewa Beach’s newest community shopping center anchored by Safeway, Ross, Petco, City Mill and Walgreens. Jason has additionally taken-on more complex retail accounts for high-profile Owners, whereby he focuses on operational efficiencies, high client satisfaction and maximizing net operating income.
