Professional Experience
As head of Valuation & Advisory for EMEA since 2017, Javier is responsible for the growth and development of the business in the region. Javier is also a board member of CBRE Spain, overseeing the Residential Line of business and Regional Offices in Spain. President of CBRE Valuation Advisory S.A since October 2011, he joined the CBRE Capital Markets department in April 2005 as Director of Industrial Investments. In 2007 he was appointed National Director of Investment Properties.
During his career in CBRE, Javier Kindelan Williams has participated and coordinated various projects including the valuation of SAREB (Bad Bank) with over 400,000 assets, valuation of Santander RE Fund FII with over 22,000 assets, project Crystal in which he managed the sale of the Santander property fund FII, project Arbol where he lead the sale process of 948 bank branches and regional head quarters of BBVA; Project Brick, in which he coordinated the process of sale and leaseback of Santander Bank assets with a value of €4,400 million and for which he received the Euromoney award for best transaction of 2008.
Javier started his professional career working for the Bank of Bermuda (HSBC) and Interinvest Corporation in Bermuda and Montreal working for the Mutual Funds and Investment analysis department respectively. In 1999, Javier joined Grupo Infinorsa in Madrid and then went on to join the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield in 2001.
