During his 26-year career with CBRE, Jeff has consistently been a leading professional and a market leader in the East Bay Office and R&D markets. Jeff’s experience and track record representing both tenants and select property owners has enabled him to successfully complete a multitude of complex transactions for his clients throughout his career.
Jeff specializes in representing companies as well as select property owners for clients in a diverse array of industries, including; technology, medical device, professional services and consumer products. Jeff has completed over 1,500 lease and sale transactions, totaling in excess of 15 million square feet, for consideration exceeding $2 billion. Jeff resides with his wife Erika, son Josh and daughter Reese in Danville, California.
