Jennifer joined CBRE in January 2014 and currently serves as Associate Director of Finance for the Southeast, Washington DC & Greater Los Angeles/Orange County Markets, which consists of twenty-five offices grossing approximately $1B in annual revenue. In this role, she oversees and provides all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as operational support for the region. Jennifer works closely with managing directors and operations teams to achieve superior financial results and drive process efficiency within the markets.
Collectively, Jennifer has fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry on both the financial analysis and property management/operations sides of the business. Most recently, she worked with Tishman Speyer as Property Manager, overseeing various assets ranging from 530,000 square feet to 2.5 million square feet. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing all day to day operations at the property, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, project management and contract negotiation.
Previously, Jennifer worked for Trizec Properties as Regional Business Analyst for the Central Region, where she assisted in all financial and leasing analysis for an 11.3 million square foot portfolio in the Midwest and Atlanta. She began her career at Prime Group Realty Trust as a Senior Operations Analyst, involved in all external and internal financial reporting, deal specific analysis and market research.
Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from DePaul University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
