Jenn Gallardo currently serves as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist under Learning & Development Operations for the Americas Talent, Learning & Diversity team. Her primary responsibilities include management and organization of various learning programs within CBRE Americas for all service lines, maintaining the master schedules of training projects, facilitation of several courses, and is a subject matter expert of myLearning, CBRE’s Global Learning Management System.
She previously served as a Business Training Coordinator for the Asset Services Talent, Learning & Diversity team. In this role, she was responsible for tracking all Asset Services New Hire Training Requirements, coordinating logistics for national training, and conducting classes for the Asset Services and Real Estate Accounting Services teams. She also assisted with management of CBRE’s Asset Services Harvard ManageMentor Program (HMM), a comprehensive leadership development program.
Jenn joined CBRE in 2010 as Offices Services Clerk, assisting the entire Los Angeles North office of over 80 employees with general office and clerical duties. In 2011 she joined one of Los Angeles North’s high-producing industrial brokerage teams serving the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. Working as the team’s Client Services Coordinator, Jenn was responsible for administrative tasks and functions. In 2014, she became the Client Services Team Lead, which included management of the team, detailed marketing, interaction with clients, touring industrial properties and other various functions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jenn completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and earned a Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential from California State University, Northridge.
