Jennifer McCormack is the Senior Administrator and Executive Assistant for the Managing Director of the Asset Services Division, Seattle Market.  She assists with oversight and support of more than 200 real estate professionals.  Collectively the team manages a diverse 40 million-square-foot portfolio extending throughout the Puget Sound Area. 

Ms. McCormack’s duties include corporate accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss statement review, annual budget creation and entry, mail and office maintenance, business proposals, on-boarding of new team members, human resources and guest relations.
Her professional experience includes eight years of third-party property management and commercial brokerage experience, including five years with CBRE, Inc. She has managed tenant accounts, client reporting, tenant improvements, lease administration, corporate insurance and day-to-day property operations for a variety of office buildings in the Bellevue and Seattle CBD.
She worked in Corporate Finance for Schwartz Brothers Restaurants for more than five years and served as a Corporate Trainer and Manager for both Wolfgang Puck and Keg restaurants for more than 13 years.  She is known for her ability to manage multiple complex projects while consistently achieving measurable results.
