Jennifer works closely with members of the Leadership Team and supports the Project Management and Portfolio Management Platforms.
As Operations Manager, Jennifer leads a team of Lease Administration Professionals, managing the work activities and staff responsible for providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services within the lease administration platform. She focuses on day-to-day operations and manages relationships with internal and external customers to ensure client service needs are met.
Additionally, Jennifer provides support to the Project Management Service Line acting as the Procurement Manager providing sourcing support for all retail capital projects. This includes developing national sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, vendor management, contract management and executing regional RFIs/RFPs.
Her efforts have consistently resulted in 4% annual savings for Fifth Third Bank on total construction spend. She has developed and implemented a best in class construction estimating tool which has significantly improved budget accuracy, a key KPI on the account.
Jennifer joined CBRE in 2004 in the role of Sr. Portfolio Administrator and was promoted to Manager of Portfolio Administration Services. She was responsible for managing the team of analysts who perform a full scope of portfolio administration services.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jennifer worked as an Asset and Leasing Manager. While in that role, Jennifer was responsible for the management and tenant retention of Class “A” Office, Flex and Industrial Space, totaling over 7 Million SF of space.
With over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Asset Management, Jennifer has an extensive background which has enabled her to provide a very diverse skill set to the clients that she serves.
