Jennifer Rubin is a Project Coordinator for the Project Management team on the Chubb & Son account in Warren NJ. Jennifer’s responsibilities include providing administrative support for the Project Management team, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. She is also responsible for space planning, design management, financial management of project costs, schedule development, construction management, and specifying furniture & finishes on small projects and assisting Senior Project Managers with medium to large projects throughout North America. Recent projects include renovations in New Jersey Headquarters.
Prior to her working at CBRE, Jennifer worked in the Logistics and Transportation Industry as an Operations Manager. Her responsibilities included managing and training employees and contractors; formulating and planning strategic goals and initiatives for the company and customer service related tasks.
