Jeremy joined CBRE Singapore from CBRE London in 1991. Jeremy has worked in the Singapore market for 26 years and has seen first-hand multiple cycles across all the asset classes. He has worked very closely with local and foreign developers as well as all the property funds and insurance companies.

The Capital Markets team has been the Singapore market leader for the last 4 years (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016) according to Real Capital Analytics (RCA), the leading independent authority on real estate transactions globally. Major deals include Asia Square Tower 1, AXA Tower, PWC Building, former DBS Towers and 77 Robinson Road. The Capital Markets team is the “go to” team for real estate investors across all the asset classes in Singapore.
