Jerry Neill has over 20 years of property management experience. He joined CBRE in March of 2006 and is responsible for the First Evergreen Portfolio consisting of five buildings totalling 630,000 square feet and three additional buildings at 319,000 square feet for a total of 949,000 square feet.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jerry served as a Property Manager for Thomas Properties Group where he managed 900,000 square feet of Class A Suburban Office Space in West Conshohocken. King of Prussia and Blue Bell Pennsylvaina. Prior to TPG, Jerry was a Property Manager with Equity Office Properties with responsiblity for a 900,000 square foot high profile center city high rise class A office building. His past experience also includes corporate real estate, management and leasing experience with PECO Energy Company and the Grubb & Ellis Company.
