As a Project Manager in the South Florida region, Jerry Wright has actively participated in managing all churn activities, warehousing, furniture reconfigurations, minor office build-out projects as well as larger scale projects. His responsibilities include 881,270 sf of office building space. Jerry provides day-to-day coordination, implementation and move management for six AMEX sites and the Pitney Bowes mail facility. Jerry also provides assistance to Senior Project Managers and will assist other Project Managers as needed.
Prior to the acquisition by CBRE, Jerry served as an Assistant Project Manager with Trammell Crow Company. During his tenure, Mr. Wright established various work relationships with American Express Financial Advisors as a Project Coordinator, and ultimately Project Manager. His understanding of the Ameriprise platform allowed him to move seamlessly from Field PJM duties, to the Major Facilities area. One year after “911” he transferred from New York to Florida to assume the duties of Assistant Project Manager within the South Florida portfolio. Jerry has established a vast client base throughout the seven sites while working on all the churn related activities, as the single point of contact. Jerry is also responsible for all the purchasing and managing of all furniture related services.
Jerry has recently been promoted to Project Manager and will maintain the above responsibilities for CBRE on the American Express account.
