Jesse Grant and his two business partners, Barry Holtzer and AJ Magner, lead a team of CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services (A&T) based in Cleveland, Ohio specializing in corporate real estate services. This team actively manages client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders. Currently, this team oversees nearly all aspects of a 170 Million SF portfolio of client properties globally; directly managing 500+ transactions annually.
Jesse Grant is an experienced corporate real estate leader specializing in delivering strategy, tools, systems and resources that allow clients to leverage maximum value from their real estate portfolios. Jesse works directly with Real Estate Managers/Directors and Business Unit Leaders, leveraging industry expertise and resources to analyze and drive value through a multi-faceted real estate service approach including:
- Portfolio Strategy (Strategic M&A Analysis, Logistics Studies, etc.)
- Transaction Management
- Lease Administration
- Facilities Management
Jesse spearheads initiatives for his clients to educate the implications of real estate on strategic business decisions and provide recommendations based on portfolio analysis and past experience. He also works with companies to better manage and report on their real estate.
Jesse and his team have directly executed over 1,000 transactions and currently are responsible for nearly 4,000 properties worldwide. He has built and leads a team of 20 people, and over 120 brokers throughout the United States and in over 50 countries.
