As a senior research analyst with CBRE, Jessica Morin serves as the primary analyst for in-depth research and thought leadership requests for the Phoenix and Tucson markets. She assists in developing quarterly market reports, tracks and monitors economic data for customized market research reports and presentations, and supports broader research activities on a national level.
Having cultivated deep relationships with economic development organizations, local communities and business leaders, Jessica often collaborates with them on research requests and projects, further elevating CBRE’s brand identity in the marketplace. These partnerships have led the development of numerous specialty research reports aimed at highlighting the Phoenix market, including the Phoenix Tech Story, which she spearheaded in conjunction with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). Additionally, Jessica is called on frequently to serve as the spokesperson on real estate trends on behalf of the Phoenix office.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jessica served as the Vice President of Business Expansion at the Arizona Commerce Authority, where she connected with Arizona companies to help grow their businesses throughout the state. She began her commercial real estate career in 2013, when she served as a research associate at a national real estate investment firm in Phoenix.
