In 2004, Mr Leary co - founded the Investment Properties Group (IPG) in Minnesota. Today the team focuses on multi and single-tenant retail from $2 million to $100 million in size. The team provides a wide array of services and utilizes the very latest state of the art predictive analytics and data driven platforms to produce high level results to its clients. Mr Leary has represented a wide range of sellers including institutions, private equity funds, regional developers, corporations, and private entities in the sale of individual properties, and portfolios.

Mr Leary joined CBRE in 1982 as an industrial specialist and in 1985 arranged his first investment sale of a large industrial portfolio. Since then, Mr Leary has arranged over 10 million SF of industrial sales in his career and over $600 million in retail sales.
