Mr. Wrich brings to clients more than 15 years of extensive experience in commercial construction and project management, encompassing the areas of corporate campuses, retail, corporate headquarters, institutional facilities, structural upgrades, mechanical/electrical upgrades, asset acquisition/disposition activities, site investigation and due diligence, construction defect litigation, design, construction and relocation services.
His diverse projects have included distribution warehouses, broadcast studio facilities, law offices, technical schools and colleges, medical laboratory facilities, lakes and water features, central air conditioning plants, freezer cooler facilities, building automation systems, communication and satellite sites, utility monitoring systems and restaurants.
In addition to his experience with interior and site developments, Mr. Wrich has represented a number of public and private clients in the acquisition and construction of ground up shell and core projects. His services include site selection surveys, environmental due diligence, entitlement and use variance submissions, purchase and sale negotiations, design and estimating coordination, value engineering, and construction management.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Wrich served as Director of Operations/Construction and Engineering for Trammell Crow Company.
