Jocelyn Sison is a Deputy Chief Underwriter at CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Division. She has been active in the real estate finance industry since 1986 when she began her career as an Analyst packaging FHA 223(f) and 221(d)(4) applications through HUD’s Co-insurance program. Since then, she has underwritten over $1.5 billion in loan proceeds nationwide under FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan programs.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Sison served as Vice President, MAP Certified Underwriter at PNC where she specialized in affordable housing finance. During her tenure at PNC, she underwrote transactions totaling more than $208 million in loan proceeds. All were MAP affordable and rent-assisted transactions and included 223(f), LIHTC Pilot, RAD, and 221(d)(4) new construction and sub-rehabilitation projects.
Prior to PNC, Ms. Sison served as Vice President, Senior Fannie Mae Underwriter with Centerline Capital Group where she underwrote affordable and conventional transactions totaling in excess of $350 million in loan proceeds.
