Professional Experience

With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Josh has sold more than $850 million of private and institutional real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area, representing over 2.6 million square feet of space.  His efforts are focused on the acquisition and disposition of office and retail investment properties throughout Northern California, with a strong focus on the San Francisco market. He also maintains a robust leasing practice, primarily representing San Francisco landlords. Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, he spent 9 years at The CAC Group, where he started his real estate career in 2004 as a senior financial and research analyst, becoming an expert in market trends and future areas of opportunity. In addition to his investment sales experience, Josh has also completed numerous agency and tenant representation assignments, assisting landlords and an array of tenants with lease negotiation, space planning, financial analysis and space procurement.

Josh graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BS in Business Administration. In his free time Josh is an avid golfer, hiker and skier and is active with numerous charities in the Bay Area. A Colorado native, Josh has been in the Bay Area for over 12 years and lives in Marin County with his wife and two children.
