Joshua I. Robbins is the Client Care Director for CBRE’s Midwest Division. He is responsible for the execution of the division’s account management and client experience programs. He partners with market leaders, regional investor services leaders, and local professionals to ensure CBRE is working seamlessly across business lines and geographies to drive superior client outcomes for the Midwest’s key Investor clients. Josh also works with senior Client Care executives and leaders to ensure collaboration and support of assigned clients at the divisional, country and global levels.
Prior to joining Client Care, Josh was a first vice president in CBRE’s suburban office agency group working with and advising investor clients on leasing and marketing strategies for their office assets in the greater Chicago market. His industry-leading knowledge and creativity made him a valuable partner to both his colleagues and clients. Josh came to CBRE from Duke Realty Corporation, where he was a senior leasing representative responsible for marketing and leasing approximately two million square feet of office properties throughout the Chicago suburban market.
With 18 years of experience – 10 with CBRE – Josh has a deep understanding of both CBRE’s platform as well as the broader commercial real estate industry. His expertise includes opportunity analysis and diagnosis, team assembly, and strategy development and execution to drive superior results for his clients.
