Kalani Schrader is an Executive Vice President and Office Properties Specialist in the Honolulu office of CBRE, Inc. Kalani started his career 23 years ago with CBRE and over his career has successfully completed over 1,200 lease and sale transactions on behalf of both institutional and local property owners and landlords in the Hawaii marketplace. Kalani and his team have been responsible for the design and implementation of market specific leasing, disposition and marketing programs for over 4,000,000 square feet of new and existing commercial office space.
Kalani is currently responsible for the exclusive leasing and marketing programs for the Santa Monica based Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEG) Hawaii portfolio of Class A of office properties which includes the prestigious Bishop Square (1,000,000 SF), Harbor Court Office Tower (200,000 SF), Bishop Place at 1132 Bishop Street (460,000 SF) and the Honolulu Club Building (80,000 SF).
