Professional Experience
Ken began his real estate career with CBRE's Osaka, Japan, office in 1987 as a salesperson. After spending 11 years in CBRE’s New York office and Ikoma America, he returned to the firm’s Tokyo office in 2000 as General Manager of the Global Corporate Real Estate Division. In 2003, Ken joined the Global Workplace Solutions department served as a Director, after which he transferred to the Office Service department in 2004.
Ken has completed numerous transactions for international clients and is recognized as one of the most active brokers in the Tokyo office market.
