Kate Long has been with CBRE since 2006, and currently serves as Director of Communications and Change Management for the Amazon account, with oversight of the team’s internal and external communications strategy, reporting delivery, and change management program.
Prior to her current role, Kate was Director of Account Services for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions West Division, leading 25+ corporate accounts in the areas of quality and consistency in reporting, communication, and performance management. She focused on driving innovation, collaboration, and consistency for the region, as well as ensuring connection points and deployment between regional leadership, platform expertise, CBRE businesses and specialty resources. With the ultimate goal of improving client satisfaction, delivering programmatic innovation, and driving cost and process efficiency, Kate drove the creation of strategic programs to maximize the leveraging of best practices, processes and tools across the West. During her tenure with CBRE, Kate also held communication-focused roles on the Microsoft and Group Health accounts.
