Katie Chapman serves as Operations Supervisor in the San Diego region. In her role, Katie oversees local facilities management, regional and local office event planning, procurement, sales and business licenses, equipment inventory and maintenance, business continuity and recruiting and onboarding of new employees.
Prior to accepting her role, Katie served as Office Services Supervisor, Business Services Administrator and Executive Assistant. She was responsible for managing the constantly moving part of the region. She also managed and maintained executives’ schedules and prepared reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. She also read and analyzed incoming memos and submissions to determine their significance and plans their distribution and prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Before that, Katie served as Web Services Coordinator for the San Diego Region, which includes four offices in Downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Carlsbad, and Temecula. Katie supported and responded to the web-related needs and requests of more than 120 professionals.
Katie joined CBRE in 2010 as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant where her responsibilities included the following: updating and distributing online marketing campaigns, assessing office needs and ordering new supplies, managing mail correspondence, coordinating the conference room schedule, arranging necessary logistical preparation for meetings, and offering word processing back up.
