Katlyn Geiger is a Client Strategy and Consulting Analyst for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of optimization programs to large corporate occupiers. Katlyn and her team provide strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations, with total portfolio advisory responsibility across 75 million square feet in more than 60 countries. Katlyn tailors a strategy to the unique business objectives for each client’s portfolio, leveraging an array of CBRE proprietary and market-based analytics tools.
Prior to joining CBRE, Katlyn spent three years in corporate finance as a financial planning and commercial analyst for general electric. During this time, she had deployments in five different states with a focus on multiple core business domains—including supply chain, commercial strategy, cash, and financial planning and analysis. While working with GE oil & gas in Oklahoma, Katlyn reported revenue and orders at an individual product line basis, which led to a promotion with global reporting responsibility for GE power in Atlanta. Katlyn undertook pricing, convertibility and margin projects for the business, reporting directly to the chief commercial officer.
