Keith Manson has been in the investment real estate brokerage business for over 11 years with a focus on Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, and Land in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before joining CBRE, Keith worked with Wheelhouse Investment Real Estate Brokerage where he closed $33 Million in transactions totaling 382 Units. Prior to Wheelhouse, Keith spent almost 5 years at Arroyo & Coates in San Francisco, where as a Senior Associate he was involved in representing clients in the acquisition or disposition of over 1,000 units throughout the Bay Area. Keith is also a real estate investor. He owns 4 apartment units in Emeryville and is part owner of a 23 unit apartment building in Oakland, a 2,000 sq ft industrial building in San Francisco and 71 units in Pleasant Hill.
Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara where he is also participated in four years of Division 1 swimming. Keith is a member of RHANAC, The Berkeley Property Owners Association and the Urban Land Institute. Keith is an avid cyclist and outdoor sports enthusiast and supports local charities like City of Dreams, a non-profit that works with adolescents who live in the Hunter's Point and Bayview areas of San Francisco.
