Keith joined CBRE in March 2019 after spending six years in software sales specializing in the
automotive sector. Keith’s experience within Waterloo Region’s startup ecosystem has given him
unique insights into the challenges facing tech companies and growing businesses, and he prides
himself on his ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with his clients. Keith spent 2019 immersed in the Midwestern Ontario commercial real estate market, giving him a comprehensive outlook on the region’s office and industrial sectors.
Keith focuses on helping businesses find the right space for their needs, whether that involves growing, downsizing, or simply relocation. He uses his local expertise and market knowledge to guide his clients through the decision-making process. By collaborating with his team of Chris Kotseff, Mitchell Blaine, Mallory Weldon, Luke Slabczynski, Alexandra Smith and Jaime Coyle, and with the resources of CBRE’s
global platform, Keith supplies his clients with the real estate solutions that suit their individual goals.
Keith and team are actively involved with several local charities, and in the past year he has raised funds and donated his time to JDRF and Nutrition For Learning. Keith is passionate about personal
fitness, recreational sports, and supporting local businesses.
