Kemp Broujos joined the CBRE Multifamily Investment Sales Team in Washington, DC as a Sales Assistant in January 2016 after spending two summers in the CBRE Baltimore office – first with Retail Services in 2013 and then Multifamily Investment Sales in 2014. Kemp focuses on the canvassing, marketing and execution of multifamily sales transactions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Since joining the team, Mr. Broujos has assisted in the disposition of over 20,800 units with an aggregate value exceeding $3.3 billion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Broujos worked for a private developer based in Columbia, SC. Kemp’s primary role included financial analysis and technology research.
