Kevin MacDougall is an Associate Vice President and Broker with CBRE Limited. Kevin began his real estate career in 1983 with the commercial division of Canada Trust and throughout his 35 year career in commercial real estate has consistently been one of the top five producers in the CBRE London Office.
Kevin has extensive expertise in commercial real estate and has specialized in various types of major investment deals, including multi-family, retail, and industrial properties, as well as the sale of development land. His expertise involves analysis of financial information and physical characteristics of a property, creative marketing campaigns, and negotiation skills in order to bring a satisfactory completion to a transaction.
Kevin is a proud member of the National Apartment Group, Private Client Group and the Southwestern Ontario Investment Team. These associations are unique in that members do not apply for acceptance; successful CBRE brokers are approached by each organization and asked to join exclusively. This is an honour bestowed upon only a handful of Realtors across Ontario.
