Khanh Nguyen is a well-rounded real estate professional with a strong background in portfolio and transaction management, operations, and project management. She joined CBRE in 2013 as a member of the Bay Area life science practice team. Khanh’s background and experience bring invaluable skills, and a complementary perspective asset to the group. She contributes to the comprehensive market data while providing the insight necessary to develop strategic planning and real estate solutions for our clients in understanding the Bay Area life science real estate dynamics.
Khanh manages the team’s largest life science portfolio account in the Bay Area, consisting of approximately 6 million sq. ft. of lab/office space and entitlements. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process, including market and financial analysis, lease negotiations, marketing strategy, branding and reporting. Khanh plays an integral role as the primary point of contact - managing and collaborating with various business service lines within CBRE as well as external partners. She helps client strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs, while fostering client relationships and business growth.
