Kiley Pipkin is a member of Scott Muller’s national tenant representation and multi-market expansion team, supporting retail and restaurant clients such as Pottery Barn, Shake Shack, West Elm and Williams-Sonoma. Kiley specializes in market research, transaction management, market/site analysis, marketing and business development. Her ability to both thoroughly research and analyze opportunities for clients helps the team develop well-thought out and strategic insights that deliver exceptional results.
Kiley’s experience has helped her develop relationships with industry-leading brokers throughout the United States and exposed her to some of the best performing lifestyle centers and top grossing malls in the country. Using her unique skills and extensive network, Kiley helped Camilla, an Australian-based luxury retailer, open its first two locations in the U.S. at two of the country’s highest grossing malls – South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California and Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Kiley worked in finance and development at The Family Place, a Dallas-based non-profit supporting domestic violence victims. There, she gained valuable experience in financial and business development, giving her a unique perspective on the variety of significant factors that can affect an organization’s bottom line. A political enthusiast, Kiley has also worked for the United States Senate, exposing her to the effects of public policy on the ability of businesses to make decisions and execute their strategies. Kiley’s unique worldview and blend of experience have helped make her an integral part of the Muller team.
