Kim Small is a Client Services Assistant for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers. She joined the team in May, 2011, and is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for their diverse portfolio of 14 corporate client accounts. Kim assists the team with fulfilling a multitude of account management support duties and special projects ranging from portfolio and transaction activity reporting, lease administration database maintenance, coordinating resources to perform property assessments, voucher management, and overall communications between CBRE professionals and client contacts.
Kim joined CBRE in 2011 highly regarded by FedEx Express, where she worked for 14 years in an executive administration capacity. She leverages her experience as a valued support professional to deliver top level customer service to the team and her clients.
