Professional Experience



Kim Swift is currently an Associate Project Manager for CBRE’s Houston Project Management team. She provides support to the Investor Project Management team members responsible for tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects with a focus on Class A office space

Kim assists her internal team with a wide range of administrative tasks which include, but are not limited to; request for proposal, total cost analysis, contract documents, invoicing/budget management, close out documentation and coordination of external resources including architects, MEP engineers, general contractors and other pertinent consultants. As an aspiring project manager, Kim Swift is dedicated to quality assurance and time management of multilayered deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Prior to CBRE, Kim began her career gaining 5 years of experience with award winning residential interior design firms in Houston. Her experience includes responsibilities as a design assistant specializing in new construction, remodeling, space planning and high-end furniture selection
