Kirstin Vanatta is a Property Condition Assessor with the Facility Assessment and Consultative Solutions Valuation and Advisory Services in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she focuses on MEP and building envelope assessments for clients performing due diligence of properties.
Ms. Vanatta brings over eight years of multi-disciplined design and engineering in new construction, remediation, re-purposing and alterations of sites and building designs. Kirstin has experience in construction management, site and building analysis, community planning, and development. She has produced energy analysis, design calculations, evaluation of building loads for MEP systems, and final production drawings in AutoCAD and Revit. Kirstin was an active board member of the Historical Preservation Commission and City Planning Committee. Kirstin has been mentoring young engineers in the Rocky mountain front range and judging Lego robotics competitions for the past six years.
Ms. Vanatta has prior work experience in project design and planning of building structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and site design, of new construction and remediation. Ms. Vanatta has been consulting and designing on all types of buildings including; institutional, governmental, medical, restaurants, office buildings, banking, multi-family properties, hotels and motels, warehouse and industrial buildings, shops and garages, retail centers and stand-alone stores, enclosed shopping malls, and public plazas.
