Krista Kirksey, Client Services Specialist, is responsible for the marketing and overall operational support for Scott Kincaid, a Senior Vice President of office and corporate headquarters in the suburban markets of San Diego County and Brad Jones, First Vice President and one of the senior members of the retail team in CBRE San Diego office. Krista’s responsibilities include financial analysis, tenant tours, assisting with proposals and lease negotiations, updating brochures, client interaction, accounting functions and managing the day-to-day team activities.
Previously, Krista worked with Eric Knowles, Senior Vice President and head of North America’s Religious Facilities Group and was the CampaignLogic Coordinator for the San Diego Region. She provided an array of services for all of the San Diego offices and over 100 professionals including training employees and coordination of all email property marketing campaigns for the four San Diego offices.
Krista also held the position of Client Services Coordinator for the team of Lannie Allee and and Roger Carlson, two of the leading Senior Vice Presidents in the office, R&D and industrial specialties group.
Krista joined CBRE in 2003 in the Downtown Los Angeles office where she served as a dedicated, internal resource to the Los Angeles Downtown office, supporting the sales professionals' business development and service delivery efforts. Additionally, Krista was one of the founding members of the Greater Los Angeles Educational Program, which is now implemented region-wide. She was responsible for pulling the best ideas, information, and practices and sharing it with the staff in monthly meetings.
