A 15-year restaurant veteran, Kyle Inserra joined CBRE’s Restaurant Specialty Practice working with co-leader, Jessica Curtis, specializing in the strategic growth and nurturing of emerging restaurant brands. Mr. Inserra’s professional restaurant career began in 2003 after graduating with honors from The French Culinary Institute. Working behind the stoves at several notable establishments, Mr. Inserra quickly climbed the ranks, eventually building his own catering business from the ground up. He provided creative culinary solutions for events ranging from private chef services to Fortune 500 corporate events and weddings.
In 2007, Mr. Inserra moved to St. John, USVI as the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director for a privately-owned restaurant group. He was responsible for the creation and execution of all menus, as well as overseeing the restaurant’s catering and special events programs with revenues in excess of $15M.
In his current role, Mr. Inserra is focused on both landlord and tenant representation in Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. His industry knowledge coupled with an insider’s perspective of what it means to be a restaurant operator day-in and day-out, allows special insight to his clients’ ever-changing needs. His depth of expertise includes site selection, competitor analysis, parking concerns and zoning regulations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Inserra was employed by Keller Williams Realty and was the co-founder and partner of Polpettina restaurants in Eastchester and Larchmont, NY.
