Kyle Prawdzik is a First Vice President with the CBRE Investment Properties in Pittsburgh. During Mr. Prawdzik’s career, he has been involved in the marketing and sale of multiple transactions comprising over $2 billion of investment real estate and has experience in receiverships, asset disposition for real estate lenders, corporate sale-leasebacks and 1031 exchange transactions. Mr. Prawdzik specializes in advising institutional and private clients in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing office, retail, multi-housing, industrial and net-leased properties. Mr. Prawdzik is responsible for developing business relationships, marketing the team’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, as well as managing the financial underwriting and due diligence processes.
